ISSUANCE OF LICENSE TO OPERATE (LTO) AS FERTILIZER HANDLER (NEW/RENEW)
All persons/entities who shall engage in the business of exporting, importing, manufacturing, formulating, processing, bulk blending, bulk handling, distributing, supplying, repacking, storing, commercially applying, selling, and marketing of FPA-registered fertilizers and other agricultural chemicals must secure a license from FPA. (Validity: 1 year)
